Media Worx Films began when Husband and Wife filmmakers turned a shared love of story into a brand that partners with other brands, artists and communities. We are a creative first production company. We help shape ideas, not just shoot them. From the first spark to the final master, we develop the concept, design the look and deliver work that feels relatable and performs.
Eric Myers and Adi Alfa stay hands on. We lead a tight in-house team and trusted crew across the UK and Thailand. You will find us on recces, in creative sessions, building shot lists, lighting on set, directing performance, and finessing the edit and grade.

FOUNDERS
Media Worx Films is a Husband & Wife partnership led by Eric Myers and Adi Alfa.
Eric is an award winning director who also works as a DOP and in digital marketing. His strengths include visual storytelling, lighting design, colour pipelines, efficient production logistics and campaign strategy that connects the work to the right audiences. Adi is a multi-award-winning actress, writer, director and producer with a track record of powerful, character-driven stories and culture-shaping campaigns.
From development to delivery, they build ideas that travel. They craft scripts, treatments and pitch decks, run tight shoots, and finish in the edit with an eye for tone, performance and pacing. Their work spans film, TV development and branded content, partnering with organisations like National Trust, Guinness, Nike, Asics and DKMS.
