  • Workshop or event registrations.

  • Social media platforms if you interact with our embeds or ads.

We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please avoid sending it.

Some providers store data outside the UK. Where this happens we use safeguards such as UK Addendum/IDTA or Standard Contractual Clauses, and rely on adequacy decisions where available.


8) Retention

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after last contact.

  • Client records and invoices: 7 years for tax and accounting.

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive contacts.

  • Analytics: kept according to our tool’s retention settings.

We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.


9) Your rights
You can:

  • Access a copy of your data

  • Ask us to correct or delete it

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Withdraw consent where that is the basis

  • Ask for portability of data you provided
